About Us
Founded in 1994, Murray Kleiner Associates, Inc.
provides technical writing services and develops computer-based training,
computer-based marketing, and eLearning courses for all businesses.
The company’s
founder and president, Murray Kleiner, started his career as an electrical
engineer
and worked for a number of Long Island companies including Grumman,
Harris, and Sperry/Unisys.
Mr. Kleiner quickly developed a niche
with engineering and manufacturing companies developing operator, service,
and training manuals for their hardware and software. Our market base
soon expanded to other types of businesses such as retail and real
estate where there was a need
for user-friendly documentation, training manuals, and computer-based
marketing.
While writing manuals is still an important part of
our business, audio, video, animation, and interactivity have become
important tools of the trade for us, and we use them to develop eLearning
courses and computer-based training and computer-based marketing programs.
Today, Murray Kleiner Associates offers multifaceted capabilities to
a diversified clientele providing the highest quality in documentation
development, customized training courses, and marketing tools.
